ABOUT

The Don Norman farm is located in the volcanic terroir a few tens of kilometres away from Volcan Baru. It is a 7-hectare farm owned by Norman Gonzales, who produces the Caturra and Catuai varieties. Located at an altitude of 1,650 metres, Norman’s farm is built on a predominantly sandy and slightly clayey soil, created from the volcanic ash. It enjoys an average relative humidity of 80% and rainfall of 3,500 mm per year.
