A small farm, but a great family project.
When we have to walk 40 minutes between waterfalls, plantations and forest to reach the top of the mountain, we find a huge copinol (Hymenaea courbaril), and that is where the name of Elmer's farm makes sense. In this farm there is constant replanting of fruit trees and
awareness of manual weeding as well as organic fertilization.
