An indescribable cup due to its exotic flavor
Its consistency in the cup and commitment to environmental sustainability in its production makes this coffee special. A generational family has been dedicated to coffee production for over 50 years. Today, Mr. Elpidio, a third-generation coffee grower, decided to start planting varietals because he had heard about their potential in the cup and, of course, the possibility of achieving higher income from them. He likes that it is a coffee variety in production throughout the year. He normally always carries out the cultural practices of the farm; however, the farm "El Progreso" is always in constant production, so the tasks are continuous.
The classification is done manually, with fermentation for 24 hours in a hopper. Then drying on raised beds for an average time of 15 to 25 days, depending on the weather.
