About this coffee

The Naimeg Group is a 100% family-owned company dedicated to the production of speciality coffees, the result of a remarkable entrepreneurial spirit since 1965.

Growing coffee in the Naimeg family is a family affair. It began with Jorge's father, Gerson Naimeg, the son of German immigrants, and his wife, Hercilia Mafra. They started in the coffee business in 1965 with their first coffee plantation in the northern region of Paraná. In 1981, after suffering three devastating frosts, they decided to move to a new region. Gerson Naimeg decided to emigrate to the Cerrado Mineiro region.
