078 patented turbo burrs for a very uniform grind. With three layers, they cut the coffee beans quickly and evenly, while effectively reducing the fines caused by grinding.
Choice of RPM (Revolutions Per Minute): motor speed adjustable from 800 to 1400 RPM. NB: A slower speed helps to reduce fines.
