The history of Fazenda Santa Rita do Morro Grande goes hand in hand with the history of coffee in the Alta Mogiana region, which has been renowned for its cultivation for over 140 years. Located in the municipality of Restinga, the estate comprises 26 hectares of coffee plantations and 60 hectares dedicated to biodiversity conservation. Special attention is paid to the quality of the soil, the use of organic compost and the planting of shade trees to preserve biodiversity.
