La Trinidad is a Costa Rican farm owned by Don Alexis. Protected by mountain ranges, the farm lies within a sanctuary of forests and mythical birds. After the rainy season, from May to November, comes the dry season, which is the right time for flowering and coffee harvesting, between December and April. Farming practices are sustainable, thanks in particular to the natural fertilizers produced by Don Alexis.
