ABOUT

This coffee comes from Emilio’s flagship El Manzano farm, which is planted with 90% Red Bourbon. The Beneficio has been set up directly at the farm, allowing cherries to be processed extremely quickly to preserve all their freshness. This unwashed Bourbon in offers a cup that is well-balanced in terms of sweetness and acidity.

Emilio and natural process
A great lover of fully washed coffee, Emilio reserves a part of his harvest for natural coffee, bringing to it a lot of requirement and expertise.
He will be delighted by a very clean natural coffee when it allows the sensory characteristics of the variety and the terroir to shine through before those linked to the process.
