Dafne and Damaris Gallardo are two sisters who are passionate about and producers of coffee. They have been managing the Las Gallardo family farm for more than 20 years, cultivating coffee in an environment particularly well-suited to its production, since their 30-hectare farm, owned initially by their father, is located in a region that benefits from a pleasant climate and rich volcanic soils.
These production conditions combined with the hard work and perseverance of both Dafne and Damaris are now bearing fruit, because their coffees have a reputation for being of an excellent quality. The farm devotes 30 hectares to coffee production, and the remaining 100 hectares are preserved mountains.
