Cosecha Partners distributed a total fund amount of $20,044 to the FFL certified coffee group in San Rafael del Norte consisting of 50 farming households.

After an analysis of the socioeconomic situation by the group’s board, the decision was made to direct the use of the fund toward direct cash contributions to the households as part of a social safety net program.

The fund helped enable households to meet basic needs and necessities in a time of intense economic difficulty, including food items, medical visits and in some cases school tuition.
