An indescribable cup due to its exotic flavor

Third generation in coffee farming, with over 50 years of experience.

Its consistency in the cup and commitment to environmental sustainability in its production it is what make this coffee so special, along with its floral and delicate notes. A generational family has been dedicated to coffee production for over 50 years. Today, Mr. Elpidio, a third-generation coffee grower, decided to start planting varietals because he had heard about their potential in the cup and, of course, the possibility of achieving higher income from them. He likes that it is a coffee variety that is in production throughout the entire year. He normally always carries out the cultural practices of the farm; however, the farm "El Progreso" is always in constant production, so the tasks are continuous. For the processing the classification is done manually, with fermentation for 24 hours in a hopper. The traditional depulping is done using a three-channels pulper, followed by mechanical washing, and drying on a drying bed for an average time of 15 to 25 days, depending on the weather.
