What is a biodynamic coffee?
Biodynamic production is based on the natural relationship between flora, fauna and its intrinsic environmental dynamics. Take advantage of the moon phases to establish the seasons of sowing and harvesting coffee, so that the product is optimal and fully integrated into the ecosystem. There is no clearing or pruning of the jungle; they integrate coffee trees into Soconusco as if they were born "wild", but monitored so that they develop to their full potential. Every certain time, water treated with medicinal plants in the area is applied to the coffee foliage to protect them from pests and improve photosynthesis, apart from sowing around each Camomila, Dandelion and Nettle plant, which help them in different ways.
