About this coffee

Enison Lopes and his wife Lia bought the Fazenda Santa Rita do Morro Grande in 2017. They are the 4th generation to run the family farm. Enison was keen to incorporate modern and sustainable practices, which he calls "the coffee production of the future". Today, the farm has become a benchmark thanks to the attention paid to all stages of production. The farm consists of 26 hectares of coffee plantations and 60 hectares of land dedicated to biodiversity conservation.

The coffee trees are protected by shade trees that act as windbreaks, and soil and weed management is carried out without the use of chemicals.
