The kit was designed in Copenhagen by Patrick Rolf and manufactured by Belgian brand Serax.
Over a period of two years, Patrick Rolf developed a unique flat-bottomed dripper prototype, which he used at the 2019 World Brewers Cup, where he came second.
- Ceramic for consistent conductivity throughout brewing
- The bottom of the brewer has a unique cone-shaped feature with three “filter holders” that hold the paper filter in place, for an unrivalled flow rate since the paper does not stick to the filter holder
- Inspired by the Japanese tea ceremony, the lid creates an experience by retaining the volatile aromas while also maintaining the right temperature
