Why you should work with a colorimeter:
- Measuring colorimetry provides a precise assessment of the roasting process for each coffee, which obviously has an influence on the coffee's profile in the cup.
- Allows calibration between roasters in the same workshop (each person will have a different vision of the final color of the beans, and therefore of when to stop the roasting).
