Alta Mogiana

Located near the city of Franca, in the heart of Alta Mogiana, Fazenda São Felipe has been in Vanessa’s family for several generations.

A fourth-generation coffee producer, Vanessa grew up surrounded by coffee trees before leaving the countryside to pursue her studies and build a career in the city.

Five years ago, she decided to return to her family farm, driven by a desire to reconnect with nature and give new meaning to her heritage. This choice marked a turning point: today, Vanessa cultivates coffee with passion and dedication, working alongside her mother and overseeing every stage of the agricultural process.

Guided by a deep conviction, she invests in regenerative technologies and implements sustainable practices to bring life back to the land. Every year, she plants new trees and focuses on reforesting areas around springs and water bodies, restoring the biodiversity that once thrived on the farm. In the fields, she minimizes harmful inputs and actively works to improve soil and plant health.

For Vanessa, sustainability is neither a trend nor a marketing argument, it is a personal belief. She is convinced that this is the only way to grow coffee and hopes to inspire other producers to follow the same path.
