Trees, tradition, and the taste of distinction.

At the heart of our farm lies a living legacy where our grandfather once replanted trees to give back to the land, creating lush microclimates that now nurture exceptional coffee. His vision of balance and respect for nature became the foundation upon which our mother later introduced unique varieties, choosing quality over quantity.

Every cup reflects this heritage: a harmony of tradition, innovation, and the vibrant character of a farm that continues to honor the earth while crafting coffees that stand apart.

This is our first profile design of Pink Bourbon, a variety first planted by my mother, whom we honor today through this protocol. The result is a coffee that is clean, subtle, and elegant, with bright fruity notes and refined floral complexity.

This farm carries an entire legacy. It was here that my grandfather began replanting trees, striving to give back to the land as much as it had given to us. At that time, he even developed a vermiculture project, and he left us with plots filled with trees that not only beautify the landscape but also create unique microclimates that make our coffee stand out.

Over the years, this farm has been a leader in production and became the one my mother chose to embrace different varieties, focusing on quality over quantity, and paving the way for coffees that truly shine.

The farm La Primavera

"La Primavera is our highest farm and where we have planted new varieties such as Pink Bourbon. This farm specializes in washed coffees and is where we process most of our coffee. It always reminds me of my mother because she was the first visionary in the family to believe that we could improve our profiles from our terroir, taking care of the ecosystem. She was the first, together with my grandfather, to plant bourbon and shadow trees in some lots, which has given us different microclimates and therefore a different availability of raw materials to work with".

A few words about Ana Donneys

"I am the 5th generation of coffee growers in my family, since 2019I havee taken over the administration of the farms after the death of my grandfather, Primitivo Correal Barrios. Together with my mo,m it was the first year who taught me the basics to continue with this legacy. In 2020, my mother passed away, and today it is me who continues to work in search of the sustainability of this flag that has impassioned so many generations before me. I did not see myself in coffee, but today I am the happiest person in love with the cultivation of coffee, all the science behind i,t and how we can almost like an artist paint the nuances of flavors in the cups we produce and process".
