If the term terroir is so important to Belco, it is without doubt thanks to Jacques' mindset. For more than 10 years in the field, Jacques has been a lover of all things Ethiopia, where he strives to achieve better quality and traceability in the coffee sector. Geographer by trade, he takes the cartography of producing zones very seriously! His passion for the terroir led him to travel across Ethiopia looking for typical cups to present to roasters and for coffees which ensure a durable future for the people producing them. He is at the initiative of the wonderful Forest coffees project.
