What will be the blend of this summer?
The sales team set itself a challenge: to create the best espresso blend for this summer. Marion, Fanny, Lucie and Lisa created a blend of 3 origins, perfect for developing your professional offer, offering a traceable and balanced cup. The challenge is on!
Step 1: The creation of the Blend
Among the 8 coffees tasted, each participant selected 3. They then carried out several tests to find the perfect balance.
Step 2 : Time to cup
The 4 blends obtained were all well-balanced, with a beautiful aromatic complexity. However, two stood out:
The first, with its full body = ideal for espresso, cappuccino or latte.
The second, with its lovely light acidity = ideal for espresso, cold brew or nitro.
Step 3: The final of the finals
The 2 finalist blends were tested in real espresso extraction conditions with precise criteria: balance, crema, taste with and without milk.
Verdict = impossible to decide between these two blends, each meeting a specific need, simple or milky espresso.
