Don Chalo
Volcan Baru

About

Don Chalo owns a farm in the mountains of the Volcan Baru region in the Jurutungo Valley. He cultivates geisha and caturra at an altitude of 1,800 meters on 10 hectares. Its land is much larger and also serves as high altitude pasture. The land of Don Chalo has a Swiss mountain side, the air is fresh, a charming wooden chalet built in the middle of a clearing is surrounded by cows left to graze. The surroundings are wooded and the coffee trees grow under shade. The coffees are then processed in the Baru Black Mountain mill.
