Fazenda Klem

About

The Klem farm is located in the town of Luisburgo, in the heart of the Brazilian region of Matas de Minas. For almost 10 years, Fazendas Klem has transformed its 120 hectares of land into entirely organic agriculture, while maintaining its quality coffee production objective. Located on a mountainous terrain ideal for coffee growing, everything is done to produce coffee in line with fair trade concerns, while respecting the environment. The farm is in fact certified as a "Private Natural Heritage Reserve", ensuring the preservation of the farm's biodiversity and natural ecological attributes (streams, plants and animals). The organic coffee produced at the Klem farm has been spotlighted in the Brazilian coffee world in recent years. This is because the farm's production, processes and expertise have produced a coffee of the highest quality. In addition to fully mastering the preparation of their coffees, the Klem family manages a successful polyculture of avocados and bananas, beneficial to the ecosystem. Ever interested in providing our customers with high-quality coffees, we were particularly attracted to the Klem farm and everything that it stands for. The Klem farm shares all the values dear to Belco, from committed production to the care with which it selects its beans.
