Florencio Mamani cultivates typica, caturra and catuai at 1600 meters above sea level in the Chijchipani mountainous region of the Andes in northern Bolivia. His 4.5 hectare farm allows to cultivate coffee trees under the shade of native trees like Sikili and fruit trees. Agricultural practices are 100% organic.

Bolivia produces 100% Arabica, with mountainous landscapes in medium-sized land areas of approximately 4 ha per family. Producers have other products on their plots that are mostly used for their own consumption and not for trade.
