Mario Fernandez is the brother of Luis Fernandez, another producer with whom we work in the Calama region. His farm extends over 4 hectares at 1525 meters above sea level and coffee trees grow under the shade of endemic trees. Agricultural practices are manual and organic. Mario grows typica, caturra and catuai coffee trees. Mario is ambitious, when asked what his vision is in coffee, he simply replies that he wishes to have the largest farm in Calama.
