Oscar Rincon Ruiz
La Concordia

About

This is Oscar Rincon's first harvest integrated into the Cafeologia project. Oscar prepares his coffees in a natural process and he pays particular attention to agricultural practices which naturally enrich the soil. After harvest, the cherries are put into anaerobic fermentation (microorganisms develop in the absence of oxygen) for 120 hours. The cherries then dry on semi-shaded African beds. Oscar Rincon and José Argüello are two producers who work hand in hand. They team up and arrived by the same route to Cafeologia. Their desire to produce specialty coffees drives them to look for options that will lead them to price their coffees right. Now we walk together as a team and in synergy!
