After gaining his first experience at the da Matteo coffee shop in Gothenburg, Patrik Rolf founded his own roastery, April, in Copenhagen in 2016. He soon entered his first competitions, eager to stand out with his own unique method.
It was at the 2019 World Brewer's Cup in Boston that the April dripper made its first appearance. This ceramic dripper, co-designed and manufactured by the Belgian company Serax, won the silver medal. The set includes a dripper, a cup with a lid to preserve the aroma of coffee brewed directly in the cup, and a saucer.
Today, more than 10 years after his debut, Patrik Rolf has published his first book : From Nerd to Professional.
