We've been working with the Croce family and FAF, Fanzenda Ambiental Fortaleza, for many years. FAF's projects in Brazil give Brazil a new image. They have a positive impact on production in a country where intensive agriculture and monoculture are the norm.
Bob O Link is the name of an endangered migratory bird endemic to Brazil. It migrates every year between the USA and Brazil, but unfortunately can no longer find the food resources it needs during its migration period because of intensive monoculture farming.
This bird is above all a symbol. FAF's Bob O Link project is all about quality: environmental, social and cup quality. In concrete terms, this means reforestation, mixed farming, protection of watercourses and training for producers.
This approach places coffee at the centre of a project for life, nature and its preservation. For us, Bob O Link is the future of the coffee sector, and has been a major inspiration for our sourcing!
