This coffee comes from the Anhumas valley, nestled in the Serra do Cigano mountains between the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais.
The region is part of the network of producers supported by Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), pioneers of a regenerative coffee movement in Brazil. Together, they are rethinking coffee cultivation around sustainability, biodiversity, and respect for natural ecosystems.
Made from the Catuai variety and processed as a natural, this lot stands out for its rigorous selection (screen 15+), ensuring uniformity and consistency in the cup. Its profile embodies FAF’s vision: an agriculture that combines quality, biodiversity, and transmission.
Today, this coffee crosses the Atlantic by sail, extending that commitment every step of the way.
