This natural coffee is produced at Fazenda Brunvile, located in Patrocínio, in the heart of Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil. The farm is managed by Silvana Queiroz and her husband José Carlos de Queiroz, who pay special attention to the quality of the coffees and the control of the post-harvest processing steps.
Silvana is in charge of quality processes, while José Carlos explores different processing methods, including induced fermentations. This experimental work was rewarded in 2025 when he won first place in the fermented coffee category at the Etapa Campeões competition organized by Expocacer.
Through this approach, the Queiroz family seeks to evolve their practices to improve the quality and diversity of the coffee profiles produced on the farm.
