At 22, the surfer Clayton Barrossa, left the ocean to climb the mountains of Caparáo and take over the family farm. In 2012, Clayton replicated FAF's Bob-o-Link project on his farm, focusing on total quality in terms of environmental, social and cup quality. Today, Fazenda Ninho da Aguia is a model for the region.
