Enison Lopes and his wife Lia are the fourth generation to run the Fazenda Santa Rita do Morro Grande. To produce a speciality coffee, they combine the heritage of previous generations with a desire to respect nature. Enison plans to transform the farm into a fully organic operation. This is a three-year process that will begin this year.
