Everton Zani, known as Vivi in the community, grew up in a family of coffee producers in the ‘Cachoeirinha’ community. His family's connection to coffee cultivation spans generations, with his father being one of the pioneers in the neighborhood to cultivate coffee. Within the family’s care are approximately 20 hectares of coffee
fields, manually managed by Vivi and his family. Over the years, they have nurtured their land, fostering an environment where the coffee plants thrive.
