Mit unserer Handelsmarke erkennen wir das Know-how unserer lokalen Partner auf den Farmen und ihr tiefes Wissen über agroforstwirtschaftliche Techniken im Kaffeeanbau an. Wir machen damit die ökologischen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Vorzüge des Modells sichtbar.

Die Agroforstwirtschaft ermöglicht es den Produzenten, ihr Einkommen zu diversifizieren: landwirtschaftliche Produktion, Bau- und Brennholz, Futtermittel, Obst, Honig usw. Dadurch wird das volatile Einkommen von Produzenten verringert, da sie weniger von einer einzigen Kultur abhängig sind. Auch die Auswirkungen auf die biologische Vielfalt und die Bodenqualität sind dabei beachtenswert.
