This coffee is cultivated with care by the young Indigenous generation from the Nasa Wesx community in the reservation of Gaitania, Tolima. Grown organically and in harmony with nature, each step from selective picking and fermentation to washing and drying is carried out with deep respect for the land and its people.
For the Nasa Wesx, coffee is more than a crop: it is work, dignity, and a livelihood that sustains families, generates employment, and nurtures peace within their territory. Every bean is produced with love, surrounded by preserved soils, rivers, forests, and wildlife, so that each cup carries the essence of their mountain home.
This lot is a blend of processes: 80% washed and 20% natural. The combination highlights the clarity and brightness of a washed profile, enriched with the character and creamy texture that the natural component brings. The result is a cup that is vibrant yet balanced, expressive yet smooth crafted with intention, tradition, and heart.
